For most people, winning is often measured by a result.
But for a group of young people from HKFYG, it took on a different meaning this summer.
In the video below 🎥, you’ll see moments from their dragon boat training and competition alongside our colleagues — just weeks before receiving their DSE results.
Whether it was showing up for training after long days of studying, encouraging teammates through every practice, or pushing through fatigue together, they demonstrated what it truly means to be “Driven to Win”. It wasn’t about crossing the finish line first. It was about committing to the journey, giving their best each day, and moving forward together as one team. 🚣 🚣♀️
The race may have ended that day, but something far more meaningful was already taking shape: resilience in uncertainty, confidence through preparation, and trust in the people around you.
That’s a belief we’ve carried at Swire Coca-Cola HK since 1965 — growing together with our people and communities through change, challenges and new opportunities. 🌱
Supporting young people isn’t just about celebrating achievements. It’s about creating opportunities for them to build confidence, resilience and life skills that will stay with them long after any result is announced.
