We believe that meaningful change starts with listening and understanding our consumers and neighbours. To bring this to life, we partnered with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/wheelpowerhk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Wheel Power<\/strong><\/a> for our first Social Inclusion Bootcamp \u2014 a day spent learning directly from people with lived experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colleagues&nbsp;spent&nbsp;time&nbsp;in&nbsp;wheelchairs,&nbsp;guided&nbsp;by&nbsp;those&nbsp;who&nbsp;navigate&nbsp;daily barriers.&nbsp;The&nbsp;day&nbsp;was&nbsp;humbling&nbsp;and&nbsp;eye opening: accessibility isn\u2019t just about ramps or signage \u2014 it\u2019s about the small, everyday interactions that shape someone\u2019s experience. As one colleague reflected, <em>&#8220;Facilities take time to change, but how we interact with wheelchair users can change right now.&#8221;<\/em>\ud83e\udd1d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Being consumer-centric means knowing our customers beyond demographics. These immersive moments helped us better understand the needs and preferences of people with mobility challenges, and gave us human stories to carry forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;experience&nbsp;will&nbsp;help&nbsp;guide&nbsp;how&nbsp;we&nbsp;continue&nbsp;to&nbsp;approach&nbsp;accessibility&nbsp;and&nbsp;engage&nbsp;thoughtfully&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;communities&nbsp;we&nbsp;serve.&nbsp;\ud83c\udf31<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
